choc chip cookies

Tangan ni gatal je nak buat a quick n3.  Dah siap-siap nak pegi kerja ni tapi ter on lah pulak lappy ni. Bila dah ter on, ter cariklah pulak gambar cookies yang dibuat haritu. Bila dah terjumpa, terus tangan ni gatal gatal nak menaip. Huish... nasib baiklah sendiri bos haha..



250 gm butter, softened
1/2 cup castor sugar
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk ( next time reduce it to 1/4 cup)
2 1/2 cups self raising flour, sifted
1 cup white choc chips
1 cup dark choc chips

1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees c.  Line baking trays with baking paper
2. Mix the butter, sugar and condensed milk and beat at high speed until pale and creamy.  Reduce speed to low, add the flour and mix until the dough almost come together.
3. Remove the bowl, add choc chips and stir until well combined. Roll heaped tablespoon of mixture into balls and place onto baking trays.  Flatten slightly with fingertips or fork.
4. Bake 14 - 16 minutes.  Stand 5 minutes on trays.

Sebenarnya dulu dah bagi dah resepi ni.

bundo!!! sungguh famos amos itu kukis...alang2 da lambat pi keja tu, mailah nyinggah sini antorlah barang 1-2 kg...ralit je ngap2 depan tibi kan...
